Specific services, features, deliverables, and access levels may be defined within the subscription plan, agreement, or package you select at the time of purchase.
3. User Responsibilities
When using OmniHub Connect, you agree to:

Not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or distribute any part of our software, brand assets, or content.
Secure your login credentials and notify us of unauthorized access immediately.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription Fees: All subscription fees are billed in advance based on the plan selected.

Late Payments: Failure to maintain active payment may result in suspension, limited access, or termination of your account.
Taxes: You are responsible for any and all applicable taxes or duties related to your purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All brand assets, designs, logos, written content, user interfaces, software, databases, systems, and materials provided by OmniHub Connect are the intellectual property of OmniHub Connect and/or licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
OmniHub Connect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products, services, or platform.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by you within the 12 months immediately preceding the claim event.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee results, performance outcomes, business growth outcomes, revenue impact, uninterrupted platform access, or error-free operation.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
You violate or breach these Terms.
You fail to pay subscription fees.
We determine actions taken by you harm our platform, brand, users, or operations.
Upon termination, platform access immediately ends and all unpaid balances become due.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed under the laws of Palm Beach County, Florida. Any dispute or legal claim must be filed exclusively within the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
10. Amendments to Terms
OmniHub Connect reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of all updates.
